How Levia connects each stage of the care journey

Levia organizes a digital experience connecting stages that involve different participants. This coordination does not change anyone's responsibilities: assessment and prescribing are medical acts; selling and dispensing belong to a licensed pharmacy; Levia intermediates the experience and technology.

The beginning: information for assessment

The health questionnaire gathers initial information about goals, history, and relevant conditions. It helps prepare the next step but does not replace a consultation, diagnosis, or clinical decision.

Complete information matters. Leaving out medicines, allergies, or health conditions can compromise the assessment.

Clinical decisions remain independent

The partner physician reviews the case and decides whether a treatment is indicated, which strategy makes sense, and which precautions are needed. The assessment may lead to an option that does not involve medicine or may indicate the need for in-person care.

When there is a prescription

If a prescription is issued, access to the product is provided through a licensed partner pharmacy. The pharmacy is responsible for sale, dispensing, and applicable rules. An assessment does not guarantee availability or delivery.

Follow-up along the way

The journey does not end with the first decision. Questions, tolerability, progress, and changing circumstances may require another conversation with the responsible professional.
